2. A hot potato

-The abortion issue is a political hot potato in the United states

3. In the hot seat

-One has to take hard decisions when he or she is in the hot seat.

-गायितपूर्ण पद पर

He is to remain in the hot seat as chief executive.

4. Hustle and bustle

-He wanted to buy a house away from the hustle bustle of city life.

-शूर शराबा

She enjoyed all the hustle and bustle of people and music.

5. Hold forth

-The professor held forth on Indian economy for over two hours.

-लम्बे समय तक बोलना

He will hold forth until he is stopped.

6. Hang out (somewhere/with sb)

-We came to know that he has started hanging out with a group of people who are not a good influence on him.

-घूमना फिरना

My job was to hang out the washing.

7. Ham it up

-Don’t give any attention to his antics, or he’ll start hamming it up to the point of complete farce

-बहुत बाद-चढ़ कर जवाब देना

The actors were really hamming it up to amuse the audience.
